Blame the GOP. The Republican Party is more interested in standing up for billionaires and rooting for economic failure than they are in actually doing something for the good of the country. The failure of the super committee is the most egregious example of GOP intransigence and radical recklessness to date. Here was a chance for a rational deal predicated on putting together a deal to place America on relatively sound financial footing, and Republicans arrogantly walked away. BY on 11/28/2011 at 17:10
So just a recap of what has happened since the Republican took control of the House.
Credit rating degraded..twice
DEBT and DEFICIT has increased
Unemployment has increased
wages have decreased
still no consensus on a budget
House voted to ELIMINATE Medicare
ALL Republicans have vowed their allegiance to Grover Norquist, NOT the constitution
Its a good thing that they will only be there for another year…one and done will be the NEW Tea Party motto
