I am dead

No more do I have to feel the hatred of others and those of whom I do not know. No more do I have to dream of a perfect world. No more will my powerful enemies to tear me down for no reason at all. No more will I have to feel guilty for being the person that I am. My many failures have brought me home. No more will I have to bow before others whom I’m a lot smarter than. No more will I be punished for standing up for my dignity and the dignity of others. No more will I have to hear that I’m ugly from those who do not know my heart. No more shall I be made to feel undeserving as if I do not belong and as if I do not have the right to be successful. No more shall others be allowed to dictate my life. No more of wishing I was dead because, that would only embolden my enemies. No more of begging God to make my life and the lives of other good people a little bit better, when it appears that he is not listening. No more shall I deal with those who smile in my face and then demonize me when my back is turned. I can only pray for them. No more watching those who hate for just the sake of hating. No more of watching my good friends suffer and not being able to help at all. No more of asking God why did he put me on this earth only to mocked by those who are trying to control my life. No more of hiding my true self to blend in with those who can’t be trusted. No more of walking in the rain without an umbrella.

No wait, I’m not dead that would only mean that my enemies’ win. I can’t die. I have touched the lives of too many good people. They would be disappointed. I have been a beacon of truth, strength, and love. I have a family who loves me and true friends who care. I must not let them down because of my own bumps in the road. If I die I can no longer inspire them. If I die no longer will they see my toothy smile. If I die I can no longer touch their innocent souls that are crying to bare. I’m not dead, there are still too many things left for me to do, too many other places to see and go and good people who want to still test my thinking process to find out what page I’m really on. If I die no one will see what really a great person that I am. Who cares about enemies, they are just bullies with no real lives of their own, because if they had a life, they would not spend so much time trying to destroy the one that I have. Friends and family are breaking down my door to just to talk to me for a bit of guidance. If I died too soon because of life’s ups and downs, I would not be there in their time of real need and that would be the real tragedy.

The Benefits of Drinking Water

1.Water is the only liquid on Earth that reduces weight safely. It removes the by-products of fat and keeps you fresh and healthy. Drinking water can reduce your bad habit of eating a lot and reduce it to a very low in take. The only thing that keeps water a distinct drink is that it has zero calories.

2. Water can act like a medicine for all diseases. It is a blessing of God, a natural gift that reduces harmful particles from body and helps us maintain a healthy body. It also helps in avoiding headaches and back pains which are essentially caused by dehydration.

3. Do you want to look younger? Then drink lots of water daily! It is surely a replacement for your all-expensive aging medicines. It moisturizes your skin and keeps your skin fresh, as a tulip in water. Your skin would glow and shine.

4.Human body is a machine that constantly needs certain things to keep on working, including water, food and healthy environment. Water is the essential requirement of this machine to work properly and efficiently. As our brain and tissues are mostly made of water therefore it can improve our ability to think. You can feel more energetic and alert than ever.

5. Water can keep your body temperature moderate, thus while doing exercise or sitting in office it can balance your inner temperature. Water works like fuel to our body.

6.Water is helpful for digestion; it raises your metabolism level so to mediate your digestion. People who have digestion issues should drink water.

7. Our body needs water to live, thus dehydration could cause many severe issues such as cramps and sprains. However water can keep your joints and muscles fresh and strong.

8. Seasonal illness is quite common; water can help you to be strong enough to fight from such illnesses. On a broader prospect, it can save you from a heart attack and kidney stones. Water improves our immune system and drinking water with two drops of lemon juice is quite beneficial. It can also save you from various diseases such as rheumatism and arthritis.

9. Water flushes out waste products that are produced by our body. It removes toxins from our body. If our body lacks water then it is quite probable that our heart would work hard to pump fresh oxygenated blood to our organs thus causing many problems and it could exhaust you.

10. Your body is relaxed and feels at ease when it receives sufficient amount of water daily. It keeps you in a good mood. It is the best medication to avoid cancer. Research shows that drinking water can help avoid the risk of bladder and colon cancer. You might be thinking how that is possible. It is possible because water dilutes everything and it dilutes the concentration of cancer-causing agents in the urine and shortens the time in which they contact with bladder lining. To construe the result it is quite clear that to keep ourselves healthy, active, fresh and happy we ought to drink water daily and our intake should be sufficient.

The Republican Hate Machine

Since the election of Obama, the republican hatred towards humanity has persisted. They can't stand working people, they can't stand the poor, they can't those on social security, they can't stand education, they don't like anything that is good for America. They can't stand to see all Americans having access to healthcare. They don't want people to vote. To win at elections, they have to cheat.

For the last half century, republicans have sought office by telling stupid people who to fear, who to resent and who to hate. This worked well in changing the south from blue to red and it worked with some working class whites in the North as well. Though they started by attacking the civil rights desires of black people, today anyone not white, Christian and hetero will do as a target. Anyone using a miniscule amount of normal brain capacity knew that such an approach couldn't last, especially when republicans have rewarded working class whites with a relentless class warfare that destroyed their households and erased opportunities for their children.

Republicans are in danger of extinction, sinking into the tar-pit of hatreds that they themselves created. If they can't get a clue and start seeking office based on what we should do together instead of on disdain for the 47%, then I say good riddance.

There are so many people who will vote against their own interest it is unbelievable. Stupid people, dumb people, and  the no information voter will elect someone who is just as stupid and soon America goes down the drain.
