Enough is enough, the mayor and his police superintendent are not getting the job done, let face it they are not protecting Chicago and its citizens. It is bad parenting, no jobs, no hope, police failure, no leadership, and these guys making so many excuses every time a child is shot.Now they want to blame it on community, saying that no one wants to tell what they really know. It could be that maybe they just know anything. Whether the community residents snitches or not, that is no excuse for the police dept. having some no way to stop all this killing in its tracks.
